These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the kkkpk platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using this platform, you confirm that you accept these terms in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the kkkpk platform ("kkkpk", "we", "us", "our") accessible at https://kkkpk.cam. These Terms govern all access to and use of the kkkpk website, mobile-optimised interface, content, betting markets, casino games, account services and any associated features (collectively, the "Platform").

| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country, territory or jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is unlawful or restricted under applicable law, including where the operator has elected to restrict access. |
| "Applicable Law" | All laws, regulations, statutes and rules applicable to the User in their jurisdiction of residence, including without limitation any gambling, financial and data protection legislation. |
To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering, maintaining or operating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.
You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and to update your information promptly if it changes. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration details — including but not limited to name, date of birth, address or identity documentation — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. You accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact support immediately at [email protected].
The operator reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal or at any other time deemed appropriate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in restriction or closure of your Account. See Section 9 for full KYC requirements.
By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in a manner consistent with these Terms and all Applicable Laws. Specifically, you agree that:
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the operator's specific sports betting rules, which govern market settlement, void conditions, in-play bet acceptance, and result determination. Users are responsible for reading and understanding applicable market rules before placing a wager.
Markets are settled in accordance with the operator's official results source. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the operator's determination shall be final, subject to applicable dispute resolution procedures.
Markets offered on Pakistan cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, ICC tournaments and other cricket events are for informational and entertainment purposes only. kkkpk has no official relationship, partnership or endorsement from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), PSL, the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket franchise. Market availability is subject to operator scheduling and may be withdrawn at any time.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed in PKR within the bet slip at the time of placement. The operator reserves the right to limit stakes on any market, account or event at its discretion.
In the event of a manifest pricing error, technical malfunction or any other error that results in an erroneous market or settlement, the operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. No claim for winnings arising from a manifest error shall be sustained.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and any other incentives offered by the operator ("Promotions") are subject to specific terms attached to each individual offer. General principles governing all Promotions include the following:
All deposits are processed in PKR and credited to your Account balance. The operator may make available a range of deposit methods as displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are shown at the point of transaction. The operator does not accept deposits from third parties — only deposits from payment methods registered in the User's own name are accepted.
References to payment methods on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for user familiarity only. These providers do not endorse, support or affiliate with gambling or this Platform. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions: (a) the User's Account has been fully verified under KYC procedures; (b) all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met in full; (c) the Account is in good standing with no open compliance or fraud reviews; and (d) the requested withdrawal amount meets the operator's minimum withdrawal threshold for the chosen method.
The operator does not guarantee specific processing timelines for withdrawals. Processing times are indicative and subject to the payment method selected and any additional verification requirements that may apply. Users are responsible for ensuring their payment account details are accurate — the operator accepts no liability for funds misdirected due to incorrect user-provided information.
The Platform displays balances and transaction amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any currency conversion charges imposed by a User's bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the User.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the kkkpk brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, data feeds, market structures and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to the operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights in the Platform's intellectual property are granted or implied. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the operator's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform or any services provided shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The operator shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including without limitation: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, loss of opportunity or any other economic or non-economic loss, even if the operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The operator makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the continuous availability, accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.
The operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances (without limitation): breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; or any other reason the operator deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or other users.
Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any funds held in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where closure is for operational reasons unrelated to User fault, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via an available withdrawal method.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any outstanding bonus balance will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure. Verified real-money funds will be returned to you subject to completion of applicable KYC and withdrawal processing procedures.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated and licensed. The operator does not represent that the Platform is appropriate for use or lawful in all jurisdictions.
Pakistani users are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related provincial legislation place restrictions on gambling activities within Pakistan. The operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, the operator will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users — for example, by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email to the registered address associated with your Account.
The revised Terms will be effective from the date published on this page. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your Account and cease using the Platform.
